Research on NIR photoelectric response and SERS of urchin-like Au-Ag-Pt-Pd nanoalloys

Compared with the single metal, multi-metallic nanoparticles (NPs) have excellent localized surface plasmon resonance (LSPR) a wide spectral range response, which is beneficial to improve photoinduced electron transfer efficiency and promote effective electron-hole separation. In this paper, urchin-like Au-Ag-Pt-Pd nanoalloys (Au-Ag-Pt-Pd NUs) multiple tentacles were successfully synthesized by seed growth method chemical reduction method. And we explored optical properties of NUs at different annealing temperatures. The results showed that transient photocurrent intensity annealed 200℃ 1.6 times initial 808 nm excitation. addition, SERS signal crystal violet (CV) adsorbed on was 1.8 785 Based in work, concentration CV can be detected as low 10-12 M. Furthermore, interesting NIR-SERS sensor enables detection limit H2O2 concentration, (0.09-1.02 μmol/L). obtained had photoelectric response characteristics high sensitivity due synergistic effect multi-metals. Thus, it holds great potential for biological NIR future.
